  • HX-60 Type Automatic Adult Diaper Machine

    Function and Assemble Parts:
    1. It can produce three specification(L, M, S) of products by exchanging cutting tool and simple regulation.
    2. Frontal tape, side sticker and elastic waistline are added on the machine.
    3. After molding, products are folded into square type, arranged vertically and output in line.
    4. Teeth-like crusher can take treated or untreated pulp. The amount of SAP can be adjusted.
    5. It can be equipped with leakage barrier unit.

    Structure and Character:
    1. Driving system consists of gearwheel box, universal couplings and arc-gear synchronous belt.
    2. Web wheel in large diameter lay out the pulp
    3. Main press-cut rollers adopt universal shaft driving.
    4. PLC+touching screen +frequency regulator control system. It also can produce mattress pad according to customer is demand.
